Dear Mr. Carlisle,
My name is John Webber, I am 86 years old and I have been driving GM cars all my life. I'm presently driving a Cadillac CTS. For your information Old Mill Cadiallc is the best dealership, I have had good fortune of being associated with. Old Mill service consultants are polite, make me feel like I am important and a valued customer. They take excellent care of my automobile, from start to finish.
My entire experience at Old Mill was stellar. The employees with whom I interacted were courteous and professional throughout. My salesman, Manjodh Singh, was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I would end up with a vehicle that I would be happy with, as opposed to selling me the one that would been more beneficial to the Dealership. The business manager, Matt Becker, was a breath of fresh air. No nonsense and no high pressure sales for unnecessary add-ons. As an added bonus, I was able to meet the Service Manager, Husyen, who was extremely attentive and immediately spotted some scuffs on a couple of the rims, which he agreed to replace free of charge. My congratulations to the Owner/Manager at Old Mill for putting together such a friendly and professional team.

My recent interaction with the Old Mill Service team was very positive. The employees I interacted with were very personable, courteous and professional. LESTER in particular, made the experience as painless as possible, listing the many service options available to me while my car was in the shop and arranging a rental for me while my Buick Regal 2.0T had a recall repaired. I can honestly rate their level of service as 5 star.
I love my Cadillac I purchase from this dealer early last year. The service department is fantastic, Lester the service advisor always takes care of my cars needs. I don't know much about cars but feel comfortable brining my car here knowing their not doing anything unnecessary. Lester is pleasant to deal with and has a very calm and reassuring attitude. i met Huseyin Baybars the very first time I took my car to Old Mill Cadillac. From that moment on, when dealing with Huseyin, he has gone "above and beyond" to assist me in any way that he can! In addition, every other staff member that I have met at the dealership have always been very respectful and caring with respect to my needs and the care of my car. However, I do try and see that I know Huseyin's schedule so that he is there when I come into the dealership. If, for some reason, he is not available, I know another staff member will be available.
